Recorder Won't Show Up!

Help!

I have installed FS Recorder for FSX, but it won't show up on the menu bar no matter what I do! I have made sure that all steps have been followed correctly but it just isn't there.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

If somebody knows the solution please tell me/us! Everything i made like in every videos on youtube and in manual document, i have right version of fsrec and ugh... NOTHING! Please help
